Information collected

The mailing-list form stores an email address and, when supplied, a name, region, interest area, source page, consent record, and limited technical information. The institutional inquiry form stores the submitted professional and organization details, research interest, message, consent record, source page, and a one-way visitor hash used for abuse prevention.

Purpose

Information is used to maintain the research mailing list, review institutional inquiries, protect forms from abuse, and administer these workflows. Zerion does not use the site to make automated investment decisions about visitors.

Storage and access

Records are stored in the website's Cloudflare D1 database. Administrative endpoints require a server-side authorization key. No public account system, advertising profile, or third-party marketing pixel is currently implemented.

Email delivery

The site records subscriptions but does not claim that an external newsletter provider or automated email delivery system is active. Any future provider must be documented here before activation.

Choices and contact

To request access, correction, or removal of information supplied through these forms, contact insight@zerionresearch.com. An automated unsubscribe link has not yet been activated; requests are handled through the same address until that workflow is configured and tested.
